BUILT TO LAST

Professional camera mounts for demanding use. Wingman Creator carries forward the same philosophy behind our Wingman foiling gear: build high-quality products that last, make them repairable, and support them long after the purchase.

Built for professional use

Carbon, CURV® composite, stainless steel, MJF 3D-printed parts and saltwater-resistant components — selected for demanding use, high loads and long service life.

Camera security by design

A broken mount can mean more than a broken part — it can mean a lost camera and lost footage. That’s why camera security is built into the system from the start, helping reduce the risk of losing another camera when things go wrong.

Internal camera leash

All carbon poles used across CreatorPro, CreatorLite and CreatorMark feature an internal Dyneema leash. In a worst-case scenario, if a pole section breaks or separates under extreme load, the leash helps keep the camera connected to the main system — and your camera and footage with you.

Important: The leash must always be correctly attached to the camera or, where required, to the camera adapter.

Spare parts available

We build products to last. And if something does break, you shouldn’t have to replace the whole system. We keep spare parts available for replaceable components, so damaged parts can be repaired or replaced and the rest stays in use.

LIFETIME SUPPORT

Crashed it? We’ll help you keep it going. Repair is always our first option. With spare parts and long-term service, we aim to keep your Wingman gear in use for as long as possible.

Camera Compatibility

Made for 360° cameras and more.

The Wingman Creator range works with modern 360-degree cameras using a standard 1/4-inch thread or GoPro-style mount with the right adapter. CreatorLite and CreatorPro can also be used with standard action cameras for fixed-frame shots. CreatorMark is designed for 360-degree cameras only.

What Athletes say

“CreatorLite gave us angles I hadn’t seen before — super low during the slides, with the camera flying just a few centimeters above the asphalt.”

Patrick Lombardi, Legendary Skateboarder & FPV Drone Pilot - CreatorLite

“CreatorMark feels like a completely new tool for sailing — you can use it as a training mark, a coaching camera, and a content setup at the same time.”

Mattia Cesana, Sailor - CreatorMark

“I could wear it under the harness and ride normally, while the front and back cameras gave us completely new angles. The footage was super stable and showed the session in a way we couldn’t film before.”

Rob Stortoni, Kitesurfer - CreatorPro

“I don’t need someone filming from the beach to get good content. I can ride, film the session myself, and still pull strong video clips and still images for my posts.”

Rocco Sottomayor, Wingfoiler - CreatorPro/Lite

“I can capture the good moments when the light is right, even without a filmer on the beach. It makes it much easier to create strong content from a normal wingfoil or Parawing session.”

Riccard Zorzi, Wingfoiler/Parawinger - CreatorLite

“You just drop it in the water and let the riders do their thing. With very little effort, you get incredible footage from the waterline — without needing a filmer in the water.”

Michi Schweiger, Waterman - CreatorMark

“I don’t have to organize a photographer or filmer every time the conditions are good. I can shoot on my own time, keep the CreatorMark and CreatorLite in the car, and be ready when the session is on.”

Koa Fabbio, Waterman - CreatorMark

“Every run around the mark becomes part of my training log. I can look back at my jibes, tacks, timing, and line choice — and still use the same footage for stories, posts, and reels.”

Alessandro Tomasi, Wingfoiler - CreatorMark

“I set it in the water, ride around it, and that’s it — slides, jumps, right over the mark. You come back with awesome-looking footage from angles you would normally never get.”

Luca Franchi, Wingfoiler - CreatorMark

FAQ - Creator Range

A: Wingman Creator is a next-level camera mount system built from Wingman’s decades of harness-design experience combined with decades of photography and filmmaking experience. Because we didn’t find anything truly usable on the market, we redesigned a completely new system: CreatorLight, CreatorPro, and CreatorMark - made for stable, high-quality 360° filming.

A: CreatorMark is an autonomous waterline 360° filming system. You switch on the camera, drop Mark in the water, and ride - then reframe the best angles later. It’s great for solo sessions, group sessions, and technique/feedback sessions. CreatorMark also includes the integrated safety leash system (same internal Dyneema tether concept) to reduce the risk of losing the camera.

A: CreatorPro and CreatorLite are designed to give you real stability on your body, so you can run longer poles for a cleaner, more “drone-like” perspective with less distortion - while staying comfortable and safe to wear. Both wearables use the same concept: pole base + pivot joint + pole, so the pole can be aimed in all directions. Both wearables also include the integrated safety leash system: a Dyneema safety line routed inside the carbon pole to keep the camera tethered in worst-case scenarios.

A: CreatorPro: the most heavy-duty and most stable wearable option. Designed specifically to be worn under a waist harness (windsurf/kite) for a super stable setup. It’s also the only wearable system that can mount two cameras for front + rear perspectives. The pole mount can be used in two mounting heights (low and high).

CreatorLight: the lighter, smaller, modular wearable option. Highly versatile across many sports, easy to reach (hip/side mounting), and you can tune the setup depending on your use-case.

CreatorMark: the autonomous waterline 360° system for solo, group, and technique sessions. Switch on the camera, drop it in, then reframe later “Drop it, send it, frame it, share it”.

A: CreatorPro = maximum stability + heavy-duty wearable filming (including under a waist harness). CreatorLight = lightweight, versatile wearable filming with easy access and fast adjustments. CreatorMark = autonomous waterline filming for solo sessions, group sessions, and technique feedback.

A: Yes. CreatorPro and CreatorLite use the same pole attachment interface, so you can use the same pole system across both. We offer VarioPole 140, and the same pole can be used on both wearable harnesses.

A: Wingman Creator works with any 360-degree camera that can mount via either a 1/4-inch tripod thread or a GoPro-style finger mount (with the appropriate adapter). That means older 360 cameras work too. For best image quality and reframing performance, we recommend the latest-generation 360 cameras with advanced stabilisation and higher resolution, such as GoPro Max 2, Insta360 X4 / X5, and DJI Osmo 360. All compatible cameras can be used with our VarioPole 140.

In addition, CreatorLite and CreatorPro can also be used with standard action cameras (for example a GoPro HERO, DJI Osmo Action, or similar). In that case you can set the camera up as a fixed-frame / cinematic shot and position it so the pole stays out of frame. CreatorMark, however, is designed exclusively for 360-degree cameras.

A: VarioPole 140 uses a 1/4"-20 threaded insert at the camera end. On that thread you can mount different camera interfaces, for example:

  • a GoPro-style finger mount (also the preferred setup when you want to use our integrated safety leash system)
  • an aluminium camera cage (available for many 360 cameras), which can also mount directly via 1/4"-20 and provides additional attachment options for the leash system.

A: All Wingman Creator mounts are designed around the typical 360-degree camera weights currently on the market. That “current 360-camera class” is the recommended maximum.

You can also run a slightly heavier camera if you reduce the VarioPole extension length (shorter pole = less leverage and less swing) and use it in lower-impact condition

A: Yes — you can use protective solutions such as aluminium camera cages. In general, lighter is better, and aluminium cages usually work very well (often around 60 g).

A floaty case can also work as long as it doesn’t interfere with 360-degree capture. For CreatorLite, CreatorPro, and the overwater mounting position on CreatorMark, you typically don’t need heavy protective housings — but if you use one, keep it light and keep the 360 view unobstructed.

Yes. CreatorLite and CreatorPro can be used with compatible smartphones when mounted with a suitable adapter. Make sure the phone, adapter and complete setup are securely mounted and suitable for the intended use. CreatorMark is designed for compatible 360-degree cameras and is not intended for smartphone use.
