What Lifetime Support means

Lifetime Support is our commitment to continue offering service and support for Wingman products beyond the warranty period for as long as we can reasonably service the product.

Lifetime Support is not a lifetime warranty or guarantee and does not provide an automatic entitlement to free repairs, spare parts, labour, replacement products or shipping. Your statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.

How it works

If your Wingman product gets damaged, contact us before sending anything. Tell us what happened and send us a few photos of the damage. We’ll assess the case and let you know what can be repaired or replaced and what it will cost.

Whenever technically and economically reasonable, we’ll repair the affected component or replace only the damaged part instead of the complete product.

Repair costs

Every case is assessed individually. Repairs, replacement parts and labour may be chargeable. In some cases, we may choose to provide a small replacement part or simple repair at no charge. We’ll always let you know the proposed solution and any costs before carrying out chargeable work.

Any free repair, free part or reduced-cost replacement we may offer is decided individually and does not create an entitlement to the same service in future cases.

If repair isn’t possible

If a product is damaged beyond reasonable repair, we’ll look at the available options. Depending on the individual case, we may offer a reduced-cost replacement.

Shipping

Please contact us before sending anything. Unless otherwise agreed by us or covered by applicable statutory warranty rights, shipping costs to our service location and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Spare parts

We aim to keep spare parts available for replaceable components for as long as reasonably possible. Availability of individual parts cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
